About the Role:
Maruti Suzuki, one of Indias most trusted and innovative automotive brands, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Forensic & Investigation team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud and unethical practices across the organization.
Youll work at the intersection of data analytics, risk management, and ethical governance, helping ensure transparency and accountability in all business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth forensic investigations into suspected frauds, misconduct, and policy violations.
- Analyze financial data, digital footprints, and transactional patterns to detect anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, finance, and internal audit.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
- Drive awareness and training programs on fraud prevention and ethical practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, fraud typologies, and regulatory developments.
- Support whistleblower mechanism and confidential investigations, ensuring objectivity and discretion.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in forensic audits, fraud risk management, internal investigations, or compliance audits.
- Strong knowledge of forensic tools, data analytics, and investigative techniques.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or large corporate sector is a plus.
