Job Description
- As a Pricing Manager at PBC Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies for Parts & Accessories to drive profitability and market competitiveness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share, reflecting the value of our offerings
- Conducting comprehensive market analysis to understand pricing trends, competitor pricing, and customer value perception
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing pricing performance to optimize revenue and margins
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market realities
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance pricing approaches and improve customer satisfaction
- Preparing detailed financial analyses to support pricing decisions and developing pricing policies and guidelines for consistency
- Maintaining accurate pricing documentation and providing regular reports on pricing performance to senior management
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education in Engineering, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing or a related field, with a proven track record of successful pricing strategy implementation
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to drive cross-functional initiatives
