About the Role:

We are looking for an Azure AI Foundry Expert/Engineer to lead and develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and MLOps, with strong experience in Azure AI services, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise AI deployments.

As a key contributor, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-driven applications across various industries while ensuring AI model governance, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development & Deployment

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning.
• Implement Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multimodal AI solutions.
• Optimize AI workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Fine-tune and customize foundation models from Azure OpenAI Service, Hugging Face, and Meta AI.

MLOps & AI Governance

• Automate AI pipelines using Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, AutoML, and Kubernetes.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for AI model deployment and monitoring.
• 
  Ensure AI model governance, compliance, and adherence to Responsible AI principles.
• Deploy AI solutions using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Containerized AI models.

Data Engineering & Integration

• Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric to process and transform data for AI applications.
• Integrate AI models with existing Azure services (Databricks, Data Lake, Cognitive Services, and AI Search).
• Build vector databases and implement AI-powered retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.

Solution Architecture & AI Innovation

• Architect AI-driven business solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Develop AI-powered applications for industries such as retail, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and implement AI strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Studio.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama, Claude, Mistral AI

• Proficiency in machine learning languages, including Python, R, Julia, and Scala.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Expertise in Vector Databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search).
• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for AI, and AI Model Lifecycle Management.
• Cloud expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and AI Search.
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake.

• Prior experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications in production environments.
