Function Summary
The Trainer plays a critical role in developing the capabilities of Retirement Advisors (RAs) at various stages, ensuring
alignment with business objectives. This individual contributor role focuses on conducting structured training programs,
driving advisor productivity, and maintaining self-development standards to achieve team and organizational goals.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Trainer is to conduct structured training programs that enhance the skills and productivity
of Retirement Advisors (RAs). This role involves capability building, monitoring training effectiveness, and ensuring selfdevelopment to maintain high-quality training standards. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in the onboarding and
continuous development of new and vintage RAs, ensuring alignment with the companys business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Capability Building - New RAs (M0-M2)
. Ensure new RAs complete their 0-3-month structured
learning journey.
o Measure of Success (MOS): 95% completion rate
o Weightage: 10%
. Facilitate business activation of new RAs.
o MOS: 50% activation rate
o Weightage: 20%
2. Capability Building - Vintage RAs (M6+)
. Ensure completion of monthly assessments and
attendance in at least 3 Pathshala sessions per month.
o MOS: 95% completion rate
o Weightage: 15%
. Drive business productivity for Vintage RAs (M6+):
o Govt sector: Achieve ?8 lakh productivity
o Corporate sector: Achieve ?20 lakh productivity
o MOS: 70% achievement rate
o Weightage: 15%
3. Training Delivery (Input KPI)
. Conduct 15 Mandays of training sessions monthly.
o MOS: 80% completion rate
o Weightage: 20%
4. Self-Development
. Achieve Black Belt Certification.
o MOS: 100% certification
