Job Description

Job Location: Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:

? Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the hired region.

? Implement initiatives to drive sales volume, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

? Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion

Key Account Management:

? Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.

? Understand the unique needs of key customers and provide solutions that add value to their businesses.

? Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.

Distributor Management & Onboarding:

? Identify and evaluate potential distributors to expand market reach.

? Effectively onboard new distributors, providing training and support as needed.

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze lead conversion metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.

Team Leadership:

? Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. ? Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of team members.

? Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Post graduate degree in IHM or Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience, 5+ years in sales management with a background in Hospitality or HoReCa Industry.
  • Worked with Kitchen OEM or Manufacturer or Kitchen Equipment suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
