About The Role
Masai School, in academic collaboration with a premier institute, is seeking a Teaching Assistant (AI/ML Marathi) to support its online Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning program.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy mentoring learners, simplifying complex AI/ML concepts, and delivering academic support in Marathi. The Teaching Assistant will play a critical role in strengthening learner understanding, engagement, and successful program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Doubt-Solving & Tutorial Sessions

• Conduct or moderate weekly doubt-solving and Q&A sessions in Marathi.
• Explain AI/ML concepts, assignments, and coding problems in a clear and structured manner.

• Support tutorial sessions by reinforcing faculty-led concepts.
  

Q&A and Discussion Forum Support

• Respond promptly to learner queries on discussion forums, live chats, and LMS platforms.
• Assist learners in debugging Python code, ML models, and notebooks.
  

Academic & Research Support

• Support the academic team with real-world AI/ML applications, tools, and emerging trends.
• Help learners understand practical considerations in model selection, training, and evaluation.
  

Learner Engagement & Feedback

• Encourage active participation and consistent progress through feedback and guidance.
• Track learner performance and escalate academic blockers to cohort managers.
• Collect learner feedback to help improve course delivery and content effectiveness.
  

Candidate Requirements
Must-Have

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• Strong understanding of:
• Data preprocessing techniques
• Supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
• Model evaluation metrics
• Fundamentals of deep learning

Get Hired
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as:
• NumPy, Pandas

• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or technical support
