AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Global Supply Chain Risk Manager. This role involves drafting comprehensive policies, managing relationships with service providers, deploying risk management solutions, conducting assessments, developing insightful dashboards, collaborating with category teams on mitigation strategies, and preparing detailed reports for senior leadership.
Your Impact

• Risk Assessment & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across the entire supply chain to identify potential vulnerabilities. Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate risk levels and impacts. Stay updated on global supply chain trends and emerging risks.
• Dashboard Development & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into supply chain risks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaboration & Mitigation Strategies: Work closely with category teams to discuss and develop risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address and resolve supply chain risks.
• Policy Development & Management: Draft, implement, and continuously improve supply chain risk management policies and procedures. Ensure policies comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Service Provider Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key service providers and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure risk mitigation clauses are in place. Monitor and evaluate service provider performance and risk exposure
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM)) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain risk management or a related field.
• Proven record of accomplishment in developing and implementing risk management policies and strategies.
• Experience managing relationships with suppliers and service providers.
