Job Description
- You will be responsible for driving business expansion and client acquisition as a Digital Ad Sales Manager. Your main duties will include overseeing business development initiatives, managing advertiser and agency relationships, and developing strategies to grow the client base through affiliate marketing channels. Collaborating closely with internal teams, affiliate partners, and clients will be essential to ensure alignment of growth strategies with company goals. Your ability to identify new opportunities, foster partnerships, and create impactful sales strategies will play a key role in accelerating growth and performance.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients, driving acquisition through effective outreach and networking, negotiating strategic partnerships, and managing end-to-end client onboarding. Additionally, you will design and implement growth-focused sales strategies, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and work with the marketing team to align sales and advertising campaigns with broader business objectives. Collaboration with agencies, partners, and key clients will be crucial for long-term success, along with forecasting business performance, monitoring campaign performance, and providing regular reports on growth metrics and recommendations for optimization.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 4-7 years of experience in digital ad sales and business development, including at least 1 year in a managerial role. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with analytics tools, and strong organizational skills are also required. Industry experience with top 5 Agencies (Planners & Buyers) will be an added advantage.
