    As a Sales Intern at Mashrise Pvt Ltd, you will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to support lead generation, client acquisition, and campaign execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment and develop foundational skills in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
    Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting market research, creating customized sales materials, managing the CRM database, communicating with leads and clients, collaborating with marketing teams, analyzing sales data, attending client meetings, and contributing to strategy development.

    To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, and being self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn will set you up for success. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.
