MASSIVUE is building the future of integration of AI & Sustainability. We&aposve proven frameworks (Protum and SustainAgility), used by companies and our operating model consulting provide companies the tell/show/do experience. Now, we need a partner to build the sales engine from the ground up. This is a role for a hands-on leader who is just as comfortable prospecting as they are defining our go-to-market strategy. We&aposre keen for someone who can roll the sleeves and do it all before we grow and get the team in place.y.

Are you a builder We&aposre not looking for a corporate VP; we&aposre looking for our first revenue leadersomeone who gets results and isn&apost afraid to be hands-on.

What You&aposll Do:

  • Build the Foundation: Design, implement, and own our end-to-end sales processfrom lead generation to closing.
  • Be the Hunter: You will personally own and manage the full sales cycle, generating new pipeline and closing deals.
  • Shape the Future: Work directly with the founder to define our market positioning, pricing, and long-term business strategy.
  • Document and Scale: Create the playbook that will be used to train and scale a sales team in the future.

What We&aposre Looking For:

  • A Proven Track Record: 5+ years of B2B sales and business development experience, with a clear history of success in an early-stage or high-growth environment. A Proven Track Record of Revenue Generation in Consulting and Trainings Sales experience
  • Full-Cycle Expert: You&aposve personally prospected, qualified, negotiated, and closed deals in the past 12-18 months.
  • Startup DNA: You&aposre comfortable with ambiguity, limited resources, and the need to move fast. "It&aposs not in my job description" is not in your vocabulary.
  • Builder Mentality: You&aposre motivated by the challenge of creating a repeatable process, not just following one.

Looking For:

1) Advisors only mode - We&aposre not looking for advisors or hands-off leaders. This role requires active rigour to find, chase, close deals.

2) No experience in selling Consulting or Training - Selling Consulting and Training services is different than selling products. This role requires extensive experience in selling consulting and training services.
