Job Description
Role: Integration Engineering & Middleware Support
Location: Bangalore
Exp : 5 - 10 yrs
- Own and support the integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to the broader ecosystem
- Provide hands-on engineering across:
- Java / Spring Boot microservices
- Kafka event streaming and message processing
- KONG API gateway management, routing, and troubleshooting
- Ensure integration stability, performance, and reliability
Support:
- Troubleshooting of integration failures and data flow issues
- Enhancements and modifications to existing integration services
- Monitoring and observability of middleware components
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and platform teams to ensure changes dont break downstream integrations
- Contribute to integration architecture standards and best practices
