Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing architectural designs and on-site construction as a Senior Site Engineer at Masterbuilt Infrastructure. Your role will involve leading design review and build planning meetings, approving design specs, and justifying material purchases. Regular site inspections for compliance, monitoring contractor performance, authorizing invoices, managing workflows, and communicating progress to stakeholders will also be part of your core responsibilities. Additionally, you will be handling site engineers throughout the work, including their training, and demonstrating client management skills both in drafting and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural designs and on-site construction

- Monitor contractor performance and authorize invoices
- Manage workflows and communicate progress to stakeholders

- At least 6+ years of project supervision experience
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or similar technical degree)
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
Additional Details:
Masterbuilt Infrastructure is seeking a candidate who has a solid grasp of construction terminology, scheduling, and planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer/internet usage is required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a start-up environment with diverse responsibilities, possess the ability to thrive under pressure, and navigate ambiguity. Please note that only candidates from Kerala will be considered for this position.,
