Management Consultant - Business Operations

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our consulting team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in business operations. You'll collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements.

What you will do: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. You'll work with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and track results.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses of proposed solutions
• Prepare and present reports to senior management

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
