- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to design and implement targeted sourcing and attraction strategies for senior executive roles in the external market.
- Lead initial executive talent assessments, conducting thoughtful screening and engagement of passive candidates to determine alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain robust executive pipelines within the CRM, ensuring strong pools of deployable talent for both current and future opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to core TA processes and systems, championing operational discipline, data quality, and process integrity across all stages of the executive hiring lifecycle.

- Deep familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms; advanced experience is a plus.
