Job Description
- As a Managing Consultant in the Analytics division of Advisors & Consulting Services at Mastercard, your primary role is to lead client engagements, develop analytics strategies, and manage key relationships with clients. You will work with a team to provide creative insights, deliver impactful presentations, and foster a collaborative environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects and provide mentorship to junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements
- Develop analytics strategies for large clients using data and technology solutions
- Own key relationships with senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda and change readiness
- Lead teams to generate insights and deliver business recommendations
- Provide day-to-day project delivery team leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create solutions for clients and build intellectual capital
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants
Qualifications Required:
Basic qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with experience in data analytics
- Experience coaching and managing teams
- Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and draft proposals
- Analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analytics software and visualization tools
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills in English and local office language
- Eligibility to work in the country of application and apply for travel visas as needed
Preferred qualifications:
- Additional experience in Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark
- Experience in generating new knowledge or innovative solutions
- Relevant industry expertise
- Master's degree with specialization in advanced analytics, big data, or mathematical discipline
