• The Global Business Solutions Center is seeking a Senior Analyst, B2B Marketing to own execution and support for marketing operations, data workflows, and inbound request management.

Role

In this position, you will :

• Manage campaign execution & lead generation tasks including lead uploads, tracked links, and project coordination for inbound requests.
• Oversee complex data uploads across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with formatting and validation requirements.
• Triage incoming tickets, assign them to the appropriate team members, and maintain communication with requestors to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Maintain and deliver service level agreements (SLAs), including first response and task validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outputs.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

• Have working knowledge of platforms such as Monday.com, Salesforce, and Marketo .
