Job Title
Technical Program Management Analyst I
Overview:

- Builds, implements, and maintains support for Mastercard's systems/platforms for performance, efficiency, and capacity by analyzing and identifying process improvements (eg, network, compute & storage teams)
- The Conductor is a key member of one or more agile teams. They are responsible for ensuring that teams are supported and for facilitating the team’s progress towards their goals. They also provide team-level support and guidance on agile practices that support the broader goals of the program under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Responsibilities:
- Supports the development of status reports. The Conductor is a key member of one or more agile teams. They are responsible for ensuring that teams are supported and for facilitating the team’s progress towards their goals.
Primary Role will be to support:
1) Datacenter Program for APAC and
2) Regional Delivery Team for APAC and EEMEA project plans as needed and suggests process improvements.
- Collaborates with internal customers across development verticals to enable better decision making and support system and platform initiatives
- Conduct meetings with various teams to review team performance and publish reports
- Provide Program Manager with assistance in producing and maintaining meaningful plans to enable the Project/Program Managers to monitor progress against tasks, and analyze the information to track project status
Experiences:
- Experience working with teams and individuals to help maximize efficiencies
- Passionate about Agile, Lean, process improvement, and eliminating waste
- Display outstanding leadership, organizational skills and communication skills
- Previous experience working in a mid/large corporate PMO function
- Good understanding of program and project management methods including Agile

- MS Suite, including Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills and experience of using Planview (or other portfolio management system)
- Proactive and able to work as part of a team and as an individual
- Flexible in terms of detailed tasks
