Creative Producer

What Youll Be Responsible For:

• Drive the creation of high-quality podcast videos from research and scripting to shoot and edit supervision.
• Collaborate with writers to develop sharp, insightful content ideas around business, finance, and technology.
• Shape the structure and pacing of each episode give editorial cuts and maintain narrative flow.
• Manage timelines, coordinate with editors, and ensure every deliverable is on-brand and on time.
• Keep content fresh by bringing in trending topics, founder stories, and data-driven insights.
• Track performance metrics and iterate ideas based on whats working.

What You Need To Know:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of business, finance, startups, and tech content.
• Excellent sense of story structure, editing logic, and narrative pacing.
• Ability to write and edit scripts and question flows for both long-form and short-form video.
• Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram algorithms knows what clicks, what doesnt.
