Job Description
What role you will play in team: Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
What you will do: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalate complex issues, and maintain detailed records.
Key responsibility:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Reset passwords and unlock accounts.
- Document all support requests and resolutions.
- Maintain knowledge base articles.
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with IT asset management.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1+ year experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
