Maintenance Technician

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of building systems.

What you will do: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring smooth building operations.

Key responsibility:

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  Document all maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and building management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
