Job description / Role
• Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
• Achieve growth and meet sales targets.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and analyze market shifts, staying informed about new products and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales, revenue, and expenses reports with realistic forecasts for the management team.
• Attend trade events, exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional events.
• Follow up on product or service issues on behalf of clients.
• Seek out new business opportunities and clients.
• Negotiate sales deals with clients.
• Take and process orders efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in sales activities (experience in lubricant industry would be a privilege)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Extensive knowledge about Base Oil and Lubricant Additives
