Sales Specialist

Job description / Role

• Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitive products.
• Following up on client inquiries, resolving product or service issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Generating leads, meeting potential clients, and presenting the company’s products and services.

• Supporting the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
• Preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and providing feedback to the management team.
• Attending trade shows, promotional events, and exhibitions to network and promote the company’s offerings.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Staying updated on industry developments and continuously improving product knowledge.

• Minimum 3 years of sales activities (experience in Lubricant industry would be a privilege)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
• General knowledge about sales and marketing strategies
