Job Description

  • Promote and sell auto loan products to individual customers through direct sales, showroom visits, and field marketing
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and collaboration with automobile dealers and showrooms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships, ensuring a steady flow of customer referrals

    Understand customer financial needs and guide them through the auto loan application process, documentation, and eligibility checks
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain consistent performance
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, resolving client queries and assisting with loan disbursal processes

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offers, and banking policies to deliver competitive solutions to customers
  • Coordinate with internal departments for loan approvals, documentation checks, and compliance
  • Participate in periodic training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
