We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Migration Counselor to guide individuals through the Australian visa process. The ideal candidate will help clients understand their options, prepare applications, and ensure all requirements are met.

• Client Counseling:
• Advise clients on various Australian visa options such as student, skilled, work, and family visas, and assess their eligibility.
• Application Assistance:
• Help clients complete application forms and collect required documents.
• Document Management:
• Maintain organized and confidential client records and files.
• 
  Stay Updated:
• Keep up with changes in Australian immigration laws and visa rules.
• Communication:
• Provide timely updates to clients on their application status and answer any questions.
• Problem Solving:
• Spot potential issues in applications and suggest solutions.
• Compliance:
• Ensure clients understand and follow all visa terms and conditions.

  Get Hired
  Handle basic office tasks like filing, scanning, and document tracking.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 Year of experience in same field
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Knowledge of Australian immigration rules (preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient with computers and office software
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Prior experience in immigration or a similar field is preferred
