Job Description

As a Senior Content Strategist at Matsio, you will play a crucial role in shaping the content direction for Matsio and its clients across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing the overall content strategy aligned with Matsio's business goals.
- Developing editorial calendars for web, social media, and client-facing campaigns.
- Leading content planning for website copy, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership assets.
- Collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure content integration with campaigns and product launches.
- Optimizing all content for SEO and conversion, with clear KPIs for performance measurement.
- Establishing and enforcing content guidelines and brand voice consistency across platforms.
- Researching industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs to refine messaging.

- Mentoring junior writers and managing freelancers/agencies as needed.
Qualifications required for this role:
- 3-10 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in B2B or digital agency environments.
- Proven track record of building content engines that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and content performance metrics.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience working with designers, developers, and marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
