Job Description

    As a Sales Representative at Mavalix Tech Systems, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to UK-based prospects using our dialer system. Your primary objective will be to present and promote our products/services in a persuasive yet professional manner. It is essential to follow the provided sales script while also adapting to customer conversations naturally.
    You will be expected to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets regularly. Additionally, maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system will be a crucial part of your role. Handling objections and negotiating effectively to close sales will be key skills required for success in this position.
    Collaboration with Quality Analysts to continuously improve call quality is an integral part of this role. Staying up-to-date with campaign requirements, offers, and product knowledge is essential to provide the best service to our clients.
