Job Description
Location: Delhi/NCR (Hybrid 1 day in office per week)
Shift: Night Shift, 7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST (US Process)
Experience: 2+ years in US Calling/Cold US calling/Pre-sales/Client Lead generation
About the Role:
We are hiring a Tele caller Pre-Sales to support our US IT services and recruiting business. You will be responsible for US cold calling, US client lead generation, US client engagement, and appointment setting to drive new business opportunities.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree (required)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

- 2+ years of experience in tele calling/cold calling/pre-sales/lead generation (US IT/recruiting preferred)
- Based in Delhi/NCR with ability to work from office 1 day a week
- Comfortable working night shift (US hours)
