Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager Staffing who can manage key client accounts, drive recruitment delivery, and handle end-to-end staffing operations.
The role requires strong client-handling skills, sourcing expertise, and close coordination with recruiters to ensure timely and quality closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle existing client accounts for IT & Non-IT staffing requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact between clients and the delivery/recruitment team.
- Understand client hiring needs, SLAs, and expectations clearly.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring timely closures.
- Support sourcing activities when required (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.
- Monitor recruiter performance and guide the team to meet targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction, relationship management, and repeat business.
- Track open positions, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Prepare and share regular MIS, reports, and delivery updates.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong experience in client handling and account management.
- Hands-on knowledge of IT & Non-IT recruitment sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and delivery targets.
- Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools.
