Manager - Risk Management - Manufacturing Group

About the Role:
We are urgently hiring for the position of Manager - Risk Management (Corporate) for one of the India's largest Manufacturing Group (MNC) in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive Enterprise Risk Management initiatives and support Senior Management in embedding risk management practices across the organization.
- Drive integration of enterprise risk management with business strategy, operational planning, and organizational management processes.
- Evaluate and strengthen the company's internal control framework to ensure risks are effectively mitigated and business objectives are achieved.
- Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports and dashboards to Senior Management, Board, and Audit Committee to support risk-based decision-making.
- Establish risk management tools, processes, and frameworks to enable proactive risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation.
- Lead risk assessment exercises, identify emerging risks, and ensure timely development and implementation of mitigation action plans.
- Periodically review and update risk management policies, procedures, reporting templates, and frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor progress of mitigation action plans and ensure accountability of risk owners across functions.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of risk and control processes.
- Drive development of risk awareness and competence across the organization through structured training and awareness programs.
- Support ESG risk identification, monitoring, reporting, and integration into the overall enterprise risk framework.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must be a qualified CA or Full time MBA (Finance).

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management from Manufacturing Industries.
- Experience in handling multiple entities in a risk management portfolio.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Strong executive presence with ability to interact effectively with senior management and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate large volumes of data and translate into meaningful risk insights.
- Capability to consolidate, summarize, and interpret risk reports from various functions.
- Strong experience in risk assessment, internal controls, governance, compliance, or internal audit environments.
- Ability to develop, implement, and revise policies, procedures, and risk frameworks.
