Role Summary
Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systemsKey Responsibilities
- Strong experience in end-to-end deployment and system integration
- Proficiency in configuration management and inter-system validation
- Ability to perform detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Experience in automation scripting for deployment and operational tasks
- Understanding of SLA tracking, escalation handling, and delivery timelines
Job Requirements
Hands-on proficiency in using Linux Commands - specifically familiarity with sed, cut, grep commands (familiarity with different options to use)
Strong Unix / Linux OS concepts
Certification in RHEL / RHCE is mandatory
Very good understanding of networking concepts

Willingness to learn and ready to take up new challenges and ready to work in demanding environment
Bachelors/masters degree in EE, ECE or equivalent from reputed institutions with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
