Senior Financial Analyst

Role Summary
Mavenir is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our Finance team and play a critical role in our continued growth and achievement of operational excellence. In this key position, you will primarily be focusing on the financial performance of the business for your respective region. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Finance. You must be a self-starter, have an ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders and a desire to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, high-growth technology company.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Sales, Ops leaders and Supply Chain teams on the short- and long-term financial planning process for Revenue, Billings and COGS, ensuring business drivers are clearly understood and highlighted.
• Report and analyze quarterly business results, including reviewing forecast variances to actuals and communicating important takeaways to Regional Leaders and Senior management.
• Synthesize data and information to create financial forecasting models, sometimes from scratch, using data from Salesforce, Oracle and Excel templates.
• 
  Effectively manage ad hoc projects and investigation as required, sometimes needing collaboration with other functional areas within and beyond the FP&A team.
• A stakeholder in the overall FP&A process evolution including new systems implementations to create business efficiencies.
  

Job Requirements
Minimum 7+ years professional work experience in corporate finance (specifically financial planning & analysis) and/or accounting.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter.
• Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
