Maveric Systems - Lead - Artificial Intelligence Transformation

About the Role:

Maveric Systems is looking for an AI Transformation Lead to drive the strategic design, development, and adoption of AI-powered business solutions across the enterprise. This is a leadership role focused on bridging business goals with advanced AI/GenAI capabilities,

managing multi-functional AI initiatives, and accelerating enterprise readiness.

Youll lead the transformation roadmap, partner with product and business teams, and guide the architecture and deployment of AI solutions such as AI assistants, summarization tools, and intelligent workflows. The focus is on impact-driven, scalable, and business-aligned GenAI implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI transformation initiatives from ideation to execution across business functions

- Define strategic roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and align AI initiatives with business outcomes

- Translate GenAI technologies (LLMs, agents, embeddings, etc.) into business-ready tools

- Oversee the design of AI assistants, document intelligence tools, and process optimization bots

- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product management

- Guide adoption of frameworks like LangChain or RAG with a focus on user and business value

- Ensure scalability, governance, and responsible AI principles in all AI deployments

- Mentor internal teams and build AI fluency across business units

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation

- Strong exposure to GenAI frameworks like OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, AutoGen, etc.

- Proven success in building business-aligned AI use cases and intelligent solutions

- Leadership experience in scaling AI initiatives across functions or business units

- Strong grasp of solutioning, stakeholder management, and strategic execution

- Experience in BFSI/Fintech/Consulting/Product environments is a strong advantage
