  Monitor renewal rates and identify potential lapse risks
• Maintain accurate records of renewal activities

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in customer service or a related field (advantageous)
• Basic insurance knowledge (advantageous)
