Chief Financial Officer

LionRock Investment is a real estate investment fund founded by Max Piccinini, a renowned business mentor and investor. Our mission is to strategically invest in Dubai’s real estate market while delivering high returns for our investors.

With an ambitious goal of raising $100 million within the next 12 months and reaching $1 billion in the next 3 to 5 years, we are expanding our team to support this vision.

To achieve this, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to strengthen our financial strategy, support fundraising efforts, and ensure optimal financial management.

Your role :

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of LionRock Investment. You will ensure that all financial data, projections, and reports are accurate and compelling to attract and retain investors. You will also work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to optimize financial operations and decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cutting-edge investment and cash flow reports that provide critical insights into the fund’s performance and future opportunities.
• Conduct detailed financial projections and business plan calculations that guide the company’s roadmap and attract investors who share our vision.
• Prepare comprehensive fundraising dossiers, ensuring all financial and strategic data is well-structured to secure investments.
• Present financial data in an engaging and persuasive way that convinces potential investors of the fund’s value and growth potential.
• Answer investor and fund inquiries with clarity and confidence, ensuring that all financial information is accurate, reliable and compelling.
• Take charge of structuring financial strategies and models that will support our ambitious fundraising goals, helping us raise $100 million within the next year and scale further in the coming years.
  
• Help anticipate and manage cash flow effectively, ensuring financial stability and long-term growth.
• Ensure that the company’s finances are solid and well-optimized to support expansion and investor confidence.
• Offer expert financial advice to the CEO, helping to make key decisions that drive our ambitious growth plans.
• Work closely with our team to streamline and optimize financial operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we expand.

Profile:

• Experience: You have at least 10 years of experience as a CFO, ideally in financial services, investment funds, or real estate. Experience in Dubai is a must.
• Fundraising Expertise: Proven track record in fundraising, with hands-on experience structuring and securing investment rounds. Experience in real estate fundraising in Dubai is a strong plus.
• Financial Expertise: Strong skills in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and business planning.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to provide financial insights that guide high-stakes investment decisions.
• Integrity & Professionalism: You are trustworthy, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Terms & Benefits:

• Contract Type: Part-time position (initially), with potential for full-time in the future. This role can be structured as either an employment contract or a freelance collaboration, depending on preferences and legal considerations.
• Location: Remote and ideally Abu Dhabi/Dubai-based.
