Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst/Data Scientist who can transform data into actionable insights to support business decisions across sales, manufacturing, and product performance.
The role involves building dashboards, forecasting sales trends, and driving digitization initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic revenue dashboards for primary and secondary sales.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards for product categories and provide clear performance insights.
- Create quality dashboards integrated with customer feedback data to evaluate product quality across regions.
- Perform sales forecasting analytics to predict future sales trends and support business strategy.
- Automate production planning through optimized scheduling and resource allocation.
- Lead end-to-end digitization projects for co-pack manufacturing, including platforms for live KPI tracking of plant performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective data solutions.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
Skills Required
- Advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI and DAX.
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong data integration skills across multiple sources.
- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets.
