Head - Supply Chain - FMCG/Beverages Industry

Currently we are hiring as Supply Chain Head.
Industry: FMCG/ Foods/ Beverages.
Education: MBAs from Premier Institutes.
Role Brief:
As the Supply Chain Head for India Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our supply chain and logistics operations across multiple sites.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, managing multi-site logistics operations, and effectively collaborating with various Internal & External stakeholders.
What impact I will create:
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):
- Lead and coordinate the S&OP process to align production, inventory, and demand planning with business objectives and market trends.
- Build robust & agile process to deliver business growth with desired efficiency.
Logistics Management:
- Oversee and optimize multi-site logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of Raw materials & Finished products while minimizing costs and efficiency.

- Additionally, you will expand the network of CFAs to support business growth & Build efficient network of CFAs across India to support business growth.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Digitalization of Operations:
- Drive the digital transformation of our planning and logistics functions by implementing innovative technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making processes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with External stakeholders like suppliers, logistics partner & Internal stakeholders likes Sales, Marketing, Procurement , Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment and collaboration for common goals.
People Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of planning and logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success and individual growth.
Analytical Insights:
- Utilize strong analytical skills to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve planning and logistics processes and drive operational excellence.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains within the supply chain and logistics functions.
Risk Management:
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain and logistics operations.

How does my profile look like: (Education/ Experience requirements):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, and logistics operations. Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in handling Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in a fast-paced FMCG or beverage industry environment.
