Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries, resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Experience and Customer Service Representatives skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Experience in using CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred

Salary- Up to 3-4 LPA
