Summary:

:

Analog Devices is hiring for a Senior Analyst Supply Chain position to provide cutting edge Supply Chain execution and innovation while interfacing at all levels of the organization to meet the organizational goal of delighting the customer.

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

• Understand and assess Supply Chain processes and proactively identify and solve problems.


• Identify key issues across a broad range of areas/topics and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership


• Be a power user of JDA's Supply Chain Planner (SCP), Factory Planner (FP), Inventory Optimizer (IO), Order Promiser (OP) and/or SAP software apps in driving Supply Chain Performance – drive actions to improve logic of planning systems.


• Translate business requirements into technical/project deliverables and drive execution. Collaborate with stakeholders directly on requirements and deliverables


• 
  Identify business opportunities and design and drive creative solutions to complex problems


• Own preparation, analysis, and presentation of key SCM metrics such as Delivery Performance, Lead Time, Revenue, Delinquency. Monitor/analyze performance against targets and report out to Senior management/Executives. Drive tactical and strategic actions to improve metrics over time to drive increased productivity and profitability

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3.5 Cumulative GPA required


• Degree in any engineering discipline; Master's preferred


• Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in a Semiconductor environment


• Experience with JDA supply chain planning tools or comparable SAP advanced planning tools


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Advanced data analysis skills


• Key skills: PL/SQL, SAP, Tableau/Qlikview/Power BI, advanced statistics, problem solving mindset, analytic acumen


• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed teams
