Summary:

:

Analyze supply chain key performance indicators and device actionable plans to resolve ongoing issues and identify permanent resolution steps.

At least 5 years’ experience working in supply chain planning and operations.

Interface with senior management independently and provide regular performance updates

Should be able to identify process gaps cross functionally and provide insights to management for tactical or strategic improvements

Work self-directed and independently; and be a subject matter Expert

Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same

Troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose effective solutions.

Ability to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective action while working with cross functional teams.

Analyze long terms demand supply gaps and identify ways to close the gap proactively.

Organize to develop new supply chain functionalities and business processes.

Improve data analytics, identify ways of data governance, and automate tasks to support wider analytics group.

Should be well versed with Tableau development.

Minimum Qualifications:

BE/ME equivalent degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain analytics and production planning/capacity planning

Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced agile environment with tight deadlines.

A flexible, pragmatic, and collaborative team player with innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

Exposure to JDA SCP/OP engine/Kinaxis or similar SCM tools

Hands on python, machine learning is added advantage.

Hands on SQL / PLSQL / Tableau / Basic & Advanced Excel

Strong analytical skills are a must
