Job Description

As the Multimedia Facility Manager at MaxMedia Academy in Surat, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the multimedia facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing the facilities, training both staff and students on equipment usage, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating construction and maintenance activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of all multimedia resources and facilities to support the educational and training activities at the academy.
To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) and Construction, along with experience in Training and Administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and your excellent organizational and communication skills will be key to effectively managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a multimedia or educational setting would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
