Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for Senior Manager (Only IT Recruitment) for our client based in Gurgaon.
It is an immediate opening and looking for immediate joiners only.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR (preferred in and around Gurgaon) are only preferred, no relocation candidates are considered as of now.
Experience:

- 15 years to 20 years in recruitment as Senior Managerial role, with grasp over various functions, various positions, market mapping, talent pool identification, employer branding, hands on Boolean and mapping/sourcing, stakeholder management.
- Should be exp in bulk hiring for about 500+ employees every year.
- Vast exp in Technology Hiring and 20+ team strength handling. Ai based Technology hiring, Bulk Hiring, Go get attitude, ready to extend work hours are few requirements.
- Preferred candidates from IT companies, Product based companies and Start-up's.

Profile Diversity:
- Should have experience with only IT hiring roles from Ai Based companies and should have Ai Technology hiring experience. Preferred from Tier1/MNC companies.
- Leadership Recruitment: Proven experience in recruiting for leadership-level positions.
- Geographic Hiring Exposure: Good to have experience recruiting for roles in the UK, US, or Middle East markets is preferred but not mandatory.
- This is also an immediate requirement.
