Role Description

This is a remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The Intern will be closely working on finding and engaging with Indian colleges( clubs, event managers, alumni, HODs and relevant people from the colleges to schedule a successful online workshop ), promoting online workshops, managing customer relationships, contributing to sales strategies, and providing support for outreach activities( face-to-face, emails, messages, and LinkedIn reach-outs ). The responsibilities also include collaborating with the marketing team to expand brand presence and optimise engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges.
• Willingness to participate in learning and development initiatives to improve service delivery.
• Proactive and goal-oriented approach, with organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and a willingness to learn sales management.
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelors degree (or equivalent, mid-year or last-year at college). Bachelors degree in Marketing, B.Com, B.Tech or related field.
