Deputy Manager - Financial Consolidation - CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process to ensure timely and accurate reporting for the group.

- Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements in strict compliance with IFRS to maintain transparency and regulatory alignment.
- Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with departmental heads to align financial targets with organizational objectives.
- Drive the continuous improvement of consolidation systems and reporting tools to enhance data accuracy and reduce turnaround time for financial cycles.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting issues and provide technical guidance on financial reporting matters.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual performance and budgets, providing actionable insights to senior management to support business growth.
