Node.JS With .Net Development Engineer

Role Overview
This position is for the eCommerce Engineering team and will be working on design, development and maintenance of various projects executed by the eCommerce Engineering systems and various other internal systems. Candidate should have excellent technical skills on specialization in backend technologies Node.JS, with .NET Candidates will be individual contributor and hands on is must.
This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About The Role

• Design, develop and maintain backend applications, ensuring scalable, reliable, and reusable systems across Ecommerce applications.
• Create solution/design documents, Perform Code Reviews, provide Technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Collaborate closely with testers, product managers, and DevOps teams to clarify requirements, explore and suggest options, identify defects early, drive root cause analysis and ensure smooth, high quality deliverables.
• Take full ownership of product quality, proactively identifying risks, improving velocity, code efficiency, and ensuring that Ecommerce workflows functions flawlessly.
• Analyze all the solution options for complex implementations, and ability to identify the ease of maintenance / implement high Performance solutions.
  

About You

• We are looking for 8–12 years of strong hands-on experience on implementation of complex Ecommerce functionalities.
• The candidate must be strong hold of implementing solutions using NodeJS with additional exposure to C#/.NET. Candidates with exposure to AI tools and technologies during their implementations.
• Hands on Ecommerce domain experience is essential to understand complex workflows and ensure high-quality solutioning for customer-facing releases.
• The role requires someone who is proactive, detail oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with remote teams while reporting to a Senior Manager or Director.
• Overall, we want senior hands on development engineer who can take ownership, build robust applications, and significantly improve product reliability.
