Finance Executive - AR & Billing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage end-to-end billing, revenue recognition, and receivables processes. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely billing, accurate revenue booking, and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete billing cycle including invoice preparation, validation, and verification of job completion proof
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to resolve billing and revenue-related queries
• Verify project costs, expenses, and supporting documents prior to revenue finalization
• Ensure timely billing and follow-up on unbilled costs and revenue
• Perform cost allocation and ensure accurate booking of direct and indirect expenses
• Handle revenue recognition in line with contract terms and applicable accounting standards
• 
  Prepare accruals, provisions, and necessary adjustments during month-end closing
• Reconcile revenue, cost, and margin reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Identify and analyze revenue leakage and implement corrective actions
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation
• Generate MIS reports highlighting revenue performance, cost trends, and variances
• Ensure timely monthly revenue closure and reporting

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Preferred Profile:

• 25 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Accounting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
