Were now searching for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Conferences & Corporate Events portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who understands the events ecosystem, has strong industry connections, and is passionate about building new business and revenue streams.
What youll doIdentify, research, and develop new business opportunities in conferences and events
Leverage industry networks to generate leads and convert them into revenue
Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver compelling proposals
Drive end-to-end business developmentfrom pitching to closure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

Proven experience in business development within conferences, medical conferences and events, or experiential marketing
Strong industry network and market knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth
