As part of the Global Tax Team in our Gurgaon office, you will work on overseeing VAT/GST compliances for multiple countries, reviewing tax law changes" implications, and coordinating responses to tax audits. This internal role focuses on Sales and Use tax functions in close collaboration with the US tax function within McKinsey's Global Tax Team.
To excel in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in accounting and reconciliation in a reputed MNC or accounting firm is desirable. Knowledge of Sales and Use tax compliance, along with strong accounting and basic tax knowledge, is essential. Attention to detail, tenacity in following up, ability to handle large datasets, confidence, collaborative spirit, initiative, relationship-building skills, and excellent communication are key qualifications and skills required for this role.,
