Your Impact
You will be based out of our Gurugram office and will work with our Risk Analytics team, part of our Global Risk & Resilience practice and will help clients on topics at the intersection of risk and analytics more specifically, credit risk, market and trading risk, non-financial risk and ERM and model risk management.
Risk Analytics team helps clients to create a sustainable impact and capabilities in the areas of risk and resilience. From core regulatory capital and risk models to business decision analytics and model risk management, we create value by improving performance across broad spectrum of topics.
Your team consists of risk specialists, quantitative experts, and business professionals, empowering us to offer our clients a unique variety of skills in risk management, business and regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and build long-term organizational resilience through data-driven approaches and structured frameworks. Your role involves applying advanced modeling techniques and AI technologies to quantify risk exposures, evaluate strategic options, and support scenario planning and stress-testing.
You will develop and validate models and frameworks that integrate AI to deliver deeper insights and predictive capabilities, while leveraging AI code assistants, agentic workflows, and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. In addition, you will embed AI into operational workflows and decision-making processes to strengthen governance and enterprise risk management practices.
You will guide clients through complex challenges, driving efficiency and innovation through modern analytics adoption, and equipping them with the capabilities to respond to disruptions, build contingencies into their strategies, and institutionalize resilient, enterprise-wide risk management.
Your Qualifications and Skills

• Masters degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree in computer science, mathematics/statistics, engineering or financial engineering

Get Hired
• Industry qualifications including CFA, FRM, PRM or similar
• 1+ years of related experience in advanced quantitative modeling techniques
• Experience with AI agents, agentic technologies, or GenAI/LLM applications
• Experience in one or more machine learning / AI areas: natural language processing, deep learning, anomaly detection, graph-based techniques
• Experience in Modeling: Advanced quantitative modeling, predictive modeling, stress-testing, scenario planning
• Experience with Python, advanced SQL, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Spark, Kafka, Docker, FastAPI, Git and cloud (AWS/GCP)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and drive independent workstreams within broader team projects
• Willingness to travel
