You will lead a high-impact internal transformation team, acting as a quick-response team to diagnose and resolve critical process challenges across all Global Operations service lines.
You will deploy their team on short-duration, high-priority projects, working closely with Service Line Directors to drive rapid improvements and support the broader transformation agenda led by the Global Director of Finance Operations. Operating within a highly matrixed global structure, you will partner closely with Service Line leaders, Controllership, Tax, Optimize, Cell/Regional Finance leadership, and beyond to deliver sustained impact.
You will deliver targeted process fixes and transformation initiatives by partnering directly with Operations teams to design solutions and implement sustainable improvements.
You will support service lines in shaping their strategic business and technology roadmaps, helping prioritize high-impact initiatives and driving the adoption of new technology and AI-enabled solutions across Finance operations.
You will drive structured program delivery from end to end, which includes managing planning, governance, risk, and performance tracking, while aligning workforce capacity with evolving process designs.
You will lead vital stakeholder engagement and communication efforts, ensuring alignment and smooth transitions of new initiatives into steady-state operations by embedding proper processes, controls, and performance management.
You will actively contribute to the ongoing development of transformation tools, playbooks, and best practices to continuously elevate the standard of Global Operations.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- 7+ years of experience in transformation, operations, or project management roles, ideally within a global or shared services environment; prior consulting experience a plus
- Proven experience leading complex projects or programs, including managing multiple workstreams and delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and standardization initiatives across GCC environment
- Strong program management capabilities, including planning, governance, and risk management
- Familiarity with automation, ERP platforms, and technology-enabled operations environments
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into practical, executable solutions
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience working across functions and geographies
- Familiarity with process improvement approaches and technology-enabled transformation
- Strong analytical thinking and clear, concise communication skills
