Your Impact

You will plan and execute the roll-out of applications beyond engagements which can include the deployment of applications on client infrastructure, configuration of applications for use by additional client organizational units and support of roll-out activities to large user bases.
You will work on solving complex business challenges with the help of the capabilities of Wave. You will understand client business needs and implement technical solutions by customizing it as per clients needs using JSON scripts and AI tools. You will drive the process of converting/enriching raw client data sources into enriched dashboards to deliver insights related to the business challenges at stake. You will also play an integral role in the client onboarding experience and capability building.
You will join our McKinsey Transformations (MT) Assets - Wave team, located in the McKinsey office in Gurgaon that delivers a proven approach for transformational change to clients seeking radical and sustainable performance improvement. Over the last several years, we have worked with more than a hundred organizations around the world and across sectors. Most of our clients are driven by a desire to capture untapped potential; others face significant external challenges or industry discontinuities.

During the project lifecycle, you will play a critical role in managing your project deliverables as well as design dashboards and software solutions to specific client situations, becoming the voice of the client with our product team. In addition to project delivery, you will also contribute to operational improvements and participate in developing new verticals or innovations.
Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in technology
• 3+ years in management consulting, IT, technology, product development
• Experience in applying AI to solve business problems/ familiarity with AI tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset
• Very strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Intermediate coding/software development skills
• Ability to carry out multiple tasks or projects in parallel
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable with risk taking and ambiguity
• Independent self-management skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team
